Served neat, the crisp scent of fresh cut jalapeños rises to greet you, and the magic continues with the perfect bit of heat and flavor on your palate.
Mix in your favorite cocktail - sweet or savory - to spice things up!
For each batch, we slice and soak hundreds of pounds of ripe jalapeños for days in our famous sweet potato and corn vodka, which we then redistill and finish into a beautifully clean spirit worthy of the Nauti brand.

NAUTI RUM
Fermented, distilled, finished and bottled at our farm distillery in Cape May, Nauti Spirits Straw Rum is batch-distilled from high grade American southern molasses. It rests in second-use, 200-liter white oak barrels between 45 to 90 days. CAPTAIN CORNELIS MEY'S ATLANTIC BOURBON
Age: Aged over 4 years, on site inside Nauti Spirits Rickhouse. Rested in 53 gallon, brand new, charred American Oak Barrels. Production: This spirit started right here on our 60 acre preserved coastal farm 4 years ago! We ground, fermented and distilled the grain for this bourbon on site. The majority of the corn we used in the making of this spirit was grown and harvested right here from our Nauti Spirits Farm! Our Rye and Malted Barley come from our close neighbors at Rabbit Hill Farms, located in Shiloh, NJ. Our 53 gallon barrels are sourced from Kelvin Cooperage in Kentucky.

PLUNDERED 8
Our "double-rye" premium rye whiskey, crafted from two excellent rye whiskeys (51% and 95% rye) each aged over four years in a new charred American oak barrels. The nose is an aromatic but subtle spice, peppered apple and maple syrup. On The palate, a pleasant floral oak and a touch of caramel cinnamon comes in bold and slightly sweet, followed by a satisfyingly warm and lingering finish.
