We employ the time, experience and precision equipment to create exceptional spirits from simple ingredients– the way true craft distilling is done. It’s a qualitative difference that you’ll see and feel when touring our Cape May distillery, just steps away from our fields. Most importantly, you’ll taste it in every handcrafted bottle we lovingly produce.
For each batch of our vodka, we combine our deep aquifer water with over 8,000 pounds of Jersey-fresh sweet potatoes, grown mainly on our 60-acre preserved coastal farm, and other South Jersey farmland that we control. We then mash, ferment, distill and bottle this ethereal spirit at our farm distillery in Cape May, New Jersey.
Fermented, distilled, finished and bottled at our farm distillery in Cape May, Nauti Spirits Straw Rum is batch-distilled from high grade American southern molasses. It rests in second-use, 200-liter white oak barrels between 30 to 90 days. The pale golden rum emerging from these barrels is a lively Garden State spirit perfect for Daiquiris and other classic rum drinks.
Juniper and other botanicals that grow wild in the local area around our Cape May distillery inspire the soul of our Gin. Starting with the highest quality ingredients available, we mill, mash, ferment, distill and bottle our Gin entirely on our coastal farm. Painstaking attention to detail, combined with our Head Distiller’s award-winning experience enables us to produce an exceptional aromatic Gin, which is equally at home in a gin and tonic or in a classic martini.
This summer our Cape May distillery will be proud to announce the addition of our own whiskey.
